Sr Project Engineer / Project Engineer - Planning & Billing - Remote

Overview

This role is responsible for all scheduling and planning activities as per contract requirements or Client Requirements. The engineer will translate the scope of work of the project into activities and prepare and update project progress reports.

In Short

• Supervise and execute projects efficiently and effectively.
• Track progress, time, cost, quality, and EHS for the project.
• Conduct risk analysis and create mitigation plans.
• Resolve cross-functional issues at the project level.
• Coordinate with contractors to ensure project objectives are achieved.
• Prepare integrated schedules using Primavera or MS Project.
• Highlight critical paths and generate relevant reports.
• Develop catch-up plans and conduct schedule delay analysis.
• Report on progress, costs, and risks.
• Prepare presentations for senior management meetings.

Requirements

• Proficiency with MS Project and Primavera software.
• Knowledge of PMP certification processes.
• Technical awareness of civil, MEP, and architectural works.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
