Site Supervisor - Remote

Overview

The Site Supervisor is responsible for the effective daily leadership of staff, managing the engineering program to ensure high-quality work and customer service, and aligning with management and client expectations.

• Supervise engineers, electricians, and maintenance staff.
• Ensure performance management and coaching of team members.
• Manage operational accounts and assist in budget development.
• Conduct regular inspections of building systems and equipment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• 7+ years of related work experience in commercial property settings.
• In-depth technical understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire/life safety systems.
• Experience with preventive maintenance management.
• Vocational/Technical training certificate preferred.
• Financial knowledge for understanding budgets and variances.
• Familiarity with Energy Management Systems and local building codes.
• Ability to respond to emergencies 24/7.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work with diverse teams and clients.
