Overview

The Senior Project Executive is responsible for coordinating various projects including tenant improvements and building repairs, providing support to project managers, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Coordinate small tenant improvements and capital improvements.
• Prepare project budgets and tender documents.
• Conduct site inspections and attend site meetings.
• Support project managers with technical issues.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering.
• Registered Resident Technical Officer (RTO) with BCA or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in site supervision.
• Proficient in interpreting construction drawings.
• Strong coordination skills with stakeholders.
• Able to work independently and maintain documentation.
• Adaptable to project schedules.
