Overview

The Real Estate Portfolio Manager is responsible for the strategic oversight, financial performance, and operational excellence of an occupier client’s real estate portfolio.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in real estate portfolio lease management.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with real estate platforms is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency.
