Overview

The Property Administrator (CRE) is responsible for performing administrative functions for the Property Management Team, ensuring professionalism in handling property issues and tenant concerns.

In Short

  • Provide full administrative support including phone support and report typing.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and special events.
  • Assist in lease administration and tenant contacts.
  • Prepare and coordinate bid proposals and service contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Track and file contracts and insurance certificates.
  • Maintain the property maintenance work order system.
  • Assist with management reports and budget preparation.
  • Promote positive relationships with tenants and clients.
  • Process management and maintenance staff hours and invoices.

Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED; Bachelor Degree preferred.
  • Customer service experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written).
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a professional manner and maintain confidentiality.
