Overview

The Porter is responsible for cleaning and maintaining vacant units and common areas in multifamily properties, ensuring a welcoming environment for residents and visitors.

In Short

• Cleans vacant apartment units and common areas.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Some related experience preferred.
• Knowledge of safe use of cleaning agents.
• Able to follow directions and complete tasks on time.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions.
• Physical ability to lift and move objects as needed.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to follow safety policies and procedures.
• Experience in cleaning multifamily or commercial buildings is a plus.
• Willingness to perform other duties as assigned.
