Occupancy Planning Lead - Remote

Overview

The Senior Occupancy Planner will partner with the Market Planning team to align strategy and tactical planning efforts, managing supply, capacity, and demand for the assigned client’s portfolio of space.

In Short

• Direct overall planning and development of new spatial activities.

• Prepare operational presentations and reports on space pipeline and progress.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills and project management experience.
• Proficient in CAFM software and space management systems.
• Experience with architectural and engineering concepts.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong oral, written, and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail and quality in project management.
• Experience in managing projects of varied scope.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle concurrent projects with minimal supervision.
