Overview

As an Occupancy Planner, you will assist in managing the supply, capacity, and demand of space for a specific client, ensuring alignment with corporate guidelines and maximizing space utilization.

• Assist in developing migration plans and sequencing group-level moves.
• Ensure planning aligns with corporate guidelines.
• Recommend and enforce space policies and standards.
• Prepare and update project status reports on seat demand.
• Track and report actual seat demand at the group level.
• Collaborate with various teams to resolve planning issues.
• Utilize software for planning solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Architecture, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a corporate environment.
• Experience in space/occupancy planning.
• CAFM system experience is desirable.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Dynamic and technologically savvy.
