Overview

The Occupancy Planner will assist in managing the supply, capacity, and demand of space for a specific client, ensuring alignment with corporate guidelines and maximizing space utilization.

Requirements

• Proficiency in CAFM systems.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD.
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong interpersonal skills for executive-level interaction.
• Dynamic and technologically savvy.
• Ability to present data effectively.
