Overview

The Mobile Operating Engineer is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment and systems across assigned properties.

• Perform plumbing, electrical, and HVAC maintenance.
• Maintain heating equipment, chillers, and air distribution systems.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in HVAC and plumbing systems.
• Relevant licenses or permits as required.
• Basic computing skills in Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Knowledge of energy management systems.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Flexibility to work extended hours if needed.
• Technical proficiency in building systems operations.
