Financial Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Financial Analyst will assist in the preparation of financial reports and presentations for investment sales transactions, analyze property financials, and conduct market feasibility studies.

Requirements

• 1 - 2 years of experience preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Business or Finance preferred.
• Strong financial modeling skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and Argus.
• Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple projects.
• Strong math, research, and analytical skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to procure a state mandated salesperson’s license.
• Knowledge of local markets is helpful.
