Overview

The Financial Advisor will join a USA-based team specializing in corporate real estate transaction analysis, focusing on complex financial modeling and lease evaluations.

• Prepare complex cash flow and GAAP analyses for commercial real estate projects.
• Evaluate and compare leases, lease restructures, and strategic real estate alternatives.
• Make recommendations to brokers and clients based on financial analyses.
• Analyze complex legal real estate documentation for financial information.
• Prepare clear documentation and spreadsheets for client presentations.
• Participate in client meetings to discuss analyses and findings.
• Assist in quality control efforts for client presentation materials.
• Engage in strategy sessions for client conferences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or related fields.
• CPA preferred.
• 4-5 years of financial analysis experience in commercial real estate.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with ARGUS or similar financial software is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and expertise in Excel.
• Ability to create sophisticated charts and models in Excel.
