Facilities Technician - Remote

Overview

The Facilities Technician is responsible for assisting with the operation, troubleshooting, diagnostics, housekeeping, and repairs on commercial buildings and associated systems.

• Assist with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and systems.
• Clean, lubricate, and service various mechanical devices.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment.
• Replace and repair building finishes and perform painting.
• Inspect buildings and grounds for unsafe conditions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a commercial property setting.
• Technical training in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or related fields.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Basic computing skills in Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to work extended hours and respond to emergencies.
