Overview

The EMEA Internal Controls & Audit Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the audit programme for Asset Services EMEA, focusing on client accounting and operational controls, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and protecting the business from financial risk.

In Short

• Oversee the AS EMEA audit programme.
• Act as a focal point for Client Finance & Property Management controls.
• Develop and document financial and operational controls.
• Conduct internal audits and prepare reports.
• Support senior leadership in strengthening internal controls.
• Lead ISAE 3402 attestation programme and ensure SOC compliance.
• Develop KPIs and monitor performance risks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for best practices.
• Support RFI/RFP processes and contribute to new projects.
• Foster a collaborative and proactive work environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Business, Accounting or related field.
• Auditing certifications preferred (CIA, ISO Auditor, etc.).
• 3+ years in services sector, ideally in commercial property.
• Proven experience in ISAE 3402/internal audit/control delivery.
• Strong MS Excel and Power BI skills.
• English proficiency at minimum B2 level.
• Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma is a plus.
