Civil Engineer | Regional Lead - Remote

Overview

As a Cushing Terrell team member, you will create built environments that push the boundaries of cutting-edge design and contribute to thriving communities. You will join a multidisciplinary team of talented engineers, architects, designers, planners, and business professionals who work across 17 office locations as well as remotely throughout the United States.

• Prepare fee proposals, engineering reports, and cost estimates.
• Negotiate, prepare, and execute contracts.
• Provide oversight and quality control for project documentation.
• Expert knowledge of codes and jurisdictional processes.
• Prepare preliminary budgets and project schedules.
• Identify and develop market and new business opportunities.
• Lead project interviews for specific projects.

Requirements

• ABET accredited degree in Civil Engineering.
• 10+ years of job-related experience.
• Licensed Professional Engineer in the relevant state.
• Current NCEES license.
• Strong ability to build and lead a civil engineering team.
• Highly skilled in project and program management.
• Experience in land development and municipal civil engineering.
• Established business development network.
• Expert knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Proficient with WaterCAD and other modeling software.
