Overview

The Application Support Engineer will provide excellent technical support and customer service as part of our Level 2 support team, working remotely from the Philippines.

In Short

  • Responsible for coordinating with support and development teams to resolve application issues.
  • Design and maintain expertise in application processes and systems.
  • Administer application issues and perform technical root cause analysis.
  • Supervise alerts related to application and system procedures.
  • Maintain professional relationships with engineering and customer support departments.
  • Provide support and prepare documentation for issues and solutions.
  • Manage production systems and recommend performance optimizations.
  • Follow ITSM processes to meet KPIs and SLAs.
  • Monitor ticket volumes and resolution times for improvement.
  • Maintain dashboards for real-time monitoring of IT services.

Requirements

  • Experience in technical support and customer service roles.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform root cause analysis.
  • Familiarity with ITSM processes and practices.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with application management and performance optimization.
  • Proficient in documentation and maintaining records.
