Customer Service Representative - Corporate Bundled Plans - Remote

Overview

This role involves providing Sponsor and Advisor service support for Corporate Bundled plans via team shared mailbox and inbound toll free line. The individual will serve as a single point of contact and provide immediate resolution to customer inquiries through interaction with internal business partners.

Requirements

• A college degree with 3 to 5 years equivalent work experience
• Computer proficiency is essential
• Knowledge of EASE record-keeping systems preferred
• Understanding of contribution/distribution processing is a plus
