The Centralized Estimator at Lift Auto Group will be responsible for frontline client service, managing estimates, and ensuring a smooth customer experience in the collision repair process.

In Short

• Respond to client inquiries via virtual, online, and telephone communication.
• Schedule estimate and repair appointments.
• Complete estimates according to company standards.
• Support ordering and sourcing of parts.
• Post invoices accurately and timely.
• Ensure customers understand their insurance and deductibles.
• Manage customer experience throughout the repair process.
• Participate in daily meetings and support workflow.
• Willingness to take on additional duties as requested.

Requirements

• Experience with the Tesla Certification Program.
