Integrated Brand Marketing Manager - Remote

Overview

The Integrated Brand Marketing Manager will develop plans and build projects to support the broader short and long-term marketing strategy of the CSL Plasma Brand. You will develop comprehensive marketing strategies that communicate our brand's message across multiple touchpoints.

• Develop comprehensive marketing strategies for CSL Plasma.
• Create compelling marketing briefs for campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
• Manage brand marketing projects such as referral and loyalty programs.
• Implement omnichannel media plans with oversight of budgets.
• Identify learning agendas to validate marketing investments.
• Support VOC/C-Sat to inform action plans.
• Manage external vendors and daily operational projects.
• Overnight travel required up to 30% for business meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or equivalent.
• MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in B2C marketing or related roles.
• Experience in integrated marketing planning and campaign management.
• Ability to translate strategic marketing briefs into plans.
