The Enterprise Risk Management Specialist provides complex risk analysis and support to senior management and internal clients, ensuring that emerging risks are identified and managed effectively while contributing to strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience in insurance, financial analysis, or related fields.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel.
• Relevant certifications preferred (e.g., ARM, CPCU).
• Experience with financial measures and models.
• Ability to influence results and build business case scenarios.
• People-oriented with excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Understanding of CSAA IG business strategy.
• Willingness to travel as needed for role.
