Requirements

• 4+ years of business systems analysis experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent experience.

• Familiarity with project management practices and SDLC.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to run queries across platforms.
• Excellent communication skills for translating business needs.
• Ability to adapt to evolving technology needs.
• Experience with Guidewire and insurance industry transformations.
• Willingness to travel as needed for team meetings.
