Overview

The Change Manager I is responsible for supporting and leading moderate to high-complexity IT change initiatives, ensuring successful adoption of new technologies and processes across the organization.

  • Lead and support change management efforts for IT system implementations.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct impact assessments and readiness assessments.
  • Collaborate with project managers to integrate change management activities.
  • Design and deliver communication and training plans.
  • Manage anticipated resistance related to technology adoption.
  • Track and report on change management effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with change management guidelines.
  • Provide mentorship to leaders on IT changes.
  • Design User Acceptance Testing strategies as needed.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Prosci Certification.
  • Deep knowledge of change management processes.
  • Excellent analytical and facilitation skills.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
  • Proven application of change management practices.
  • Ability to influence across different layers of leadership.
  • Substantial insurance business knowledge preferred.
  • MA degree is a plus.
