Overview

The Risk Management Specialist role focuses on embedding effective Operational and Resilience Risk Management (ORRM) practices within the Business Unit and implementing Absa Group ORRM policies and framework, contributing to an integrated risk management framework.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Commerce, or Management Studies.
• Experience in Operational Risk Management.
• Strong analytical skills for risk assessment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of compliance and financial crime risks.
• Experience in risk reporting and governance.
• Proficiency in developing risk frameworks.
