Overview

As a Model Risk Management Specialist at DTCC, you will oversee enterprise-wide model risk management and support front-line units in managing model risk, contributing to innovative projects in the financial markets.

• Perform hands-on model assessments and reviews.
• Document quality model review and assessment reports.
• Collaborate with model owners and developers.
• Standardize and implement model determination criteria.
• Manage MRM issues and findings management processes.
• Develop and implement programs to mitigate AI/ML risks.
• Advise on governance related to Generative AI policies.
• Produce project reports for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Regulatory Relation team on requests.
• Write and maintain procedures and job aids.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in financial risk model validation.
• Master's degree in quantitative finance or related fields.
• Expertise in AI/ML models and Generative AI.
• Knowledge of model performance methodologies.
• Proficiency in programming languages like R and Python.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
