Senior Engineering Manager - Remote

Cryptio is building the data infrastructure for the crypto economy, helping businesses and institutions automate financial reporting and compliance for digital assets.

We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to lead and scale engineering teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. In this role, you’ll balance technical leadership, project management, team management, and strategic execution, ensuring we build a high-performing, scalable, and secure platform. You’ll work closely with Product, Design, and Leadership to drive innovation and shape the future of crypto.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
• 3+ years of engineering leadership experience.
• Strong technical background in advanced backend or full-stack development.
• Experience with modern backend stacks (Rust or Node.js) and databases (PostgreSQL, ClickHouse).
• Familiarity with AWS.
• Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams.
• Strong project management skills.
• Experience in hiring and scaling teams in a startup environment.
• Previous experience in fintech or crypto is a plus.
• Understanding of blockchain and financial reporting/compliance.
