Overview

Crown Innovations is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in managing the administrative aspects of our programs, ensuring efficient operations, and supporting program managers in achieving strategic objectives.

In Short

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks for various programs.
  • Assist in planning, execution, and monitoring of program activities.
  • Maintain accurate program documentation.
  • Coordinate communication between stakeholders and program teams.
  • Monitor program progress and track KPIs.
  • Support preparation of program proposals and reports.
  • Manage logistics for program events.
  • Analyze program performance data.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in program administration.
  • Experience with Air Traffic Control Radar Systems is a plus.
  • Proven experience with budget management and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Must be a US citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust.
