Overview

Crown is looking for Site Survey Engineers and Installation Technicians who will be responsible for hands-on support of the equipment and components comprising the FAA’s APC system. Engineers and Technicians will be dispatched to provide on-site support at FAA facilities.

In Short

Coordinate survey plan with PM and FAA on-site personnel
Perform pre-brief to on-site personnel
Collect configuration data at FAA site
Obtain measurements and equipment information
Observe and report potential hazardous materials or safety issues
Develop and submit survey reports
Perform system installation including cabling and connections
Support familiarization training for FAA system support personnel
Perform local and remote testing on equipment
Support the development of Technical Manuals

Requirements

Experience installing/maintaining Air Traffic Control Communications Equipment
Experience working in Air Traffic Control facilities
Experience conducting site surveys for networking and communications equipment
Network installations experience including servers and cabling
Proficiency in MS Office products including Visio
Must be a US Citizen
Must be able to obtain Public Trust
Good credit for travel expenses reimbursement
