Installation Technician - Remote

Overview

Flock Safety is looking for an Installation Technician to join our Field Operations team, where you will play a crucial role in installing products that enhance community safety.

In Short

• Install poles and mount solar panels and cameras.
• Work on public and private roads, often at heights.
• Provide installation pictures and perform administrative tasks.
• Meet with customers to discuss installation options.
• Travel up to 3 hours for service tickets, with occasional overnight stays.
• Adhere to safety protocols and complete work in a timely manner.
• Utilize tools and equipment necessary for installations.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while working outdoors.
• Complete OSHA certification and in-field training.
• Participate in a results-oriented culture focused on community impact.

Requirements

• Experience in field work, construction, or similar roles.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently.
• Comfortable working at heights and operating a bucket truck.
• Strong time-management and communication skills.
• General knowledge of technology and willingness to learn new tools.
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Office and Google Suite.
• Handyman-like experience is a plus.
• Must be organized and detail-oriented.
