Overview

Flock Safety is looking for an Installation Technician to join our Field Operations team, where you will play a crucial role in installing products that enhance public safety.

In Short

• Install poles and mount solar panels and cameras.
• Work on public and private roads, requiring equipment at heights.
• Provide installation pictures via mobile app.
• Perform administrative tasks and manage inventory.
• Meet with customers for installation discussions.
• Travel for service tickets, occasionally requiring overnight stays.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Adhere to safety and professional standards.
• Complete training and certification in fieldwork.
• Utilize technical skills to operate necessary tools and vehicles.

Requirements

• Experience in fieldwork or related areas (construction, security systems).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Comfortable using ladders and working at heights.
• Basic knowledge of computer skills and software.
• Strong time-management and communication skills.
• Desire to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Prior experience with tools and machinery is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Positive and professional demeanor.
• Ability to think critically and solve problems on-site.
