Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 7+ years of engineering experience in a production role.
• 2+ years of hands-on management experience.
• Solid design and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Linux, VMWare, FreeBSD, and Storage Area Networks.
• Proficiency in hybrid/on-prem cloud environments.
• Strong cross-group collaboration skills.
• Experience leading remote teams.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems and reliability engineering principles.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
