Overview

The Senior Security Advisor for Falcon Complete will work within a team to ensure the health and security posture of all Falcon Complete customers, guiding them towards a successful and secure experience.

In Short

• Assess customer Falcon environments for alignment with standards.
• Provide recommendations to improve security for Falcon Complete customers.
• Create and recommend remediation for CrowdStrike product components.
• Contact customers to address misalignments with security standards.
• Document and resolve customer-related issues according to procedures.
• Develop and provide service reports and statistics as needed.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Liaise with support teams to troubleshoot technical issues.
• 3+ years in a cybersecurity-focused role required.
• Excellent communication skills needed.

Requirements

• 3+ years in Cybersecurity focused role.
• Customer empathy and guidance skills.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Windows, Linux, and MAC operating systems.
• Knowledge of threat detection and incident response.
• Bachelor's degree in Technology or Cybersecurity preferred.
• Cybersecurity certifications from reputable organizations.
• Experience with frameworks like ISO 27001/2, NIST, CIS, PCI DSS.
• Strong analytical capabilities.
• Ability to work across multiple teams.
