• Oversee student enrollment and communication for CrowdStrike University.
• Create and maintain a yearly schedule of instructor-led classes.
• Analyze class fill rates and make recommendations for optimization.
• Lead communication strategies to ensure timely training consumption.
• Forecast future class schedules based on demand.
• Collaborate with internal teams for process improvements.
• Conduct interviews and debriefs with learners.
• Support the broader Services Operations team.
• Work in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
• Innovate and improve existing processes.

Requirements

• Four-year degree in Business Management or related fields.
• 4-6 years of experience in customer service and operations.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with all levels of stakeholders.
• Desire to innovate and improve processes.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in technology or security companies is a plus.
• Familiarity with SalesForce, Docebo, Tableau, and Google Workspace preferred.
