In Short

• Serve as legal leader for information governance at CrowdStrike.
• Provide legal advice on AI governance and product development.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 10-12+ years of relevant legal experience.
• Experience advising on information governance and AI governance.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity laws and regulations.
• Deep technical aptitude with complex systems.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally.
• Experience drafting policies at enterprise scale.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Leadership experience in managing people and projects.
• Ability to deliver practical, business-oriented legal guidance.
