In Short

• Drive expert AI and technology decisions.
• Work closely with Sales and Delivery to discover and prioritize opportunities.
• Collaborate with design and engineering to plan work and test concepts.
• Possess expert knowledge of AI and system modernization.
• Engage with customers during their onboarding stage.
• Identify and address roadblocks during the customer onboarding process.
• Work with internal teams to make product and documentation changes.
• 7-10 years of product management experience required.
• Experience building developer-focused products.
• Strong communicator with ability to influence technical clients.

Requirements

• 5 years+ in a developer-centric role.
• High familiarity with Enterprise SDLC and AI.
• Demonstrated recent experience writing code.
• Proven track record in shipping enterprise-grade products.
• Remote work experience is a bonus.
