Overview

Cross Solutions is seeking a US-based SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding and Recruiting consultant to lead all aspects of assigned projects regarding the implementation of these modules at the direction of the project management team and in collaboration with the client team.

In Short

  • Lead SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding and Recruiting projects.
  • Collaborate with clients and project teams.
  • Gather business requirements and maintain documentation.
  • Identify and deploy process improvements.
  • Perform system configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Accountable for project workstreams.
  • Deliver quality solutions on time and within budget.
  • Communicate project risks and changes effectively.
  • Work independently and in teams.
  • Maintain current knowledge of SAP/SuccessFactors technologies.

Requirements

  • 5 years of SAP SuccessFactors configuration and implementation experience.
  • 3 full life-cycle implementations of SuccessFactors.
  • Relevant SAP SuccessFactors certifications.
  • Experience with integration of HR systems.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to document business requirements.
  • Detail-oriented and results-driven.
  • US Citizen or Green Card holder.
  • Ability to pass background checks if needed.
