SAP HCM / SuccessFactors Consultant (m/f/d) - Remote

You can work remotely, although occasional on-site work (in Gummersbach, NRW) is desired.

In Short

• Support the introduction, development, and maintenance of our HR IT systems
• Consult and optimize personnel processes, especially in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors
• Plan, manage, and implement digitalization projects in HR
• Implement and test adjustments and new requirements within SAP HR modules
• Provide international support and consultation to HR managers and key users
• Conduct SAP customizing and create reports and evaluations
• Take on responsibility as project lead in HR IT projects

Requirements

• Successfully completed studies in computer science, business informatics, business administration, or a comparable qualification
• Extensive knowledge and several years of implementation experience in SAP HCM and/or HR cloud applications
• Relevant experience in shaping HR projects
• Basic process understanding in the HR area
• Very good customizing knowledge, preferably in SAP HCM
• First experience with SAP SuccessFactors is desirable
• Fluent German language skills
