• Lead projects in requirements definition and business process improvement.
• Provide consulting services in HCM best practices.
• Conduct design workshops and solution playbacks.
• Document system configuration and business processes.
• Transfer knowledge to customers for ongoing maintenance.
• Assist in preparing workshop and training materials.
• Stay updated on SAP releases and features.
• Hands-on experience in SuccessFactors implementations required.
• Strong communication skills are essential.

Requirements

• Certification in SuccessFactors Recruiting Management/Marketing.
• 3 years of hands-on experience as a lead consultant.
• Knowledge of XML and Data Models/templates.
• Understanding of HR business processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
