As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Crisp, you will play an integral role in driving pipeline growth by engaging and qualifying inbound leads while also generating new opportunities through targeted outbound prospecting.

  • Remote position with initial in-person onboarding in Atlanta, GA.
  • Engage and qualify inbound leads through various outreach methods.
  • Generate new opportunities through outbound prospecting.
  • Schedule qualified Strategy Sessions for Account Executives.
  • Maintain records of prospect interactions in HubSpot CRM.
  • Consistently complete 80–100+ daily outreach activities.
  • Work towards a clear path for career growth to Account Executive.
  • Represent a company with a proven product-market fit and strong brand.
  • Receive consistent marketing-generated leads.
  • Opportunity to make a significant impact in the legal industry.

Requirements

  • Able to work in Atlanta office 5 days per week or willing to relocate.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in sales or business development.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and hit targets.
  • Comfortable communicating with C-level executives and business owners.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high volumes of outreach activities.
  • A coachable mindset with eagerness to learn.
