Senior Product Security Engineer - Remote

Overview

Cribl is looking for a Product Security Engineer with an AWS security background to join our mission to unlock the value of all machine data. This role is remote and involves ensuring security across all Cribl products in the Cloud and on-premise.

In Short

• Evaluate results from Cribl’s Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM).
• Perform application security assessments.
• Assist product teams in following secure development practices.
• Consult with development and operations teams on secure design patterns.
• Perform security assessments on products and services.
• Establish security standards across Cribl.

Requirements

• Experience in software development or product security engineering.
• Proven experience performing security design reviews.
• Expert knowledge in information security disciplines.
• Fluency with the OWASP Top 10.
• Deep understanding of application and network protocols.
• Knowledge of compliance requirements.
• Direct experience with cloud operational models.
• BA/BS in computer science or equivalent experience.
