In Short

• Support senior product managers in defining and executing Cribl’s platform roadmap.
• Collaborate with engineering and documentation teams to improve platform service design.
• Manage feature requests and ensure feedback is organized and communicated.
• Contribute to product research and help define roadmap and success metrics.
• Stay close to users to understand how platform capabilities impact experiences.
• Drive operational excellence and ensure smooth shipping of platform initiatives.
• May require working outside standard hours due to time-zone differences.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in product management or related technical role.
• Strong interest in platform infrastructure and cloud services.
• Understanding of SaaS and containerized deployment models.
• Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts.
• Comfortable working with data for decision-making.
• Self-starter thriving in fast-moving environments.
• Willingness to learn and ask questions.
• Bonus: Experience with enterprise software or observability tools.
• Familiarity with agile tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Good jokes (or better yet, bad ones) are appreciated.
