Global Operations Manager - AI Strategy - Remote

Overview

Cribl is looking for a Senior Remote Ops Manager, AI Strategy to serve as the operational engine behind its AI Center of Excellence (CoE) – building the infrastructure, governance, and enablement programs that move goats from "exploring AI" to using it every day.

In Short

• Drive AI Activation Across Cribl.
• Design and execute function-specific AI activation strategies.
• Architect and scale an AI Champions Network.
• Run the Operations of Cribl’s AI Center of Excellence (CoE).
• Translate Executive AI Strategy into Action.
• Manage day-to-day operations and working group cadences.
• Build a measurement framework for AI adoption.
• Advise senior stakeholders on AI strategy.
• Identify patterns across functions for AI investment.
• Work remotely across multiple time zones.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in management consulting or enterprise transformation.
• Experience operating an AI CoE or similar function.
• Track record of leading company-wide initiatives.
• Excellent communication and executive presence.
• Experience designing enablement programs based on adult learning principles.
• Knowledge of AI governance considerations.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity.
