Requirements

• Proven experience leading distributed engineering teams.
• Strong expertise in scalable, distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with data streaming systems.
• Background in SaaS software development.
• Ability to hire and mentor high-performing engineers.
• Experience in Agile environments.
• Comfortable troubleshooting technical issues with customers.
• Strong engineering practices and processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 10+ years of industry experience with 2+ years in a leadership role.
