Overview

We are seeking compassionate and detail-oriented Telehealth Professionals to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide virtual healthcare services to patients, offering support, consultation, and care coordination through telecommunication platforms. You will ensure patients receive timely, accurate, and high-quality care while maintaining compliance with medical standards and privacy regulations.

In Short

• Conduct virtual consultations with patients to assess health concerns, provide education, and develop care plans
• Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care
• Review patient medical histories, lab results, and other data to provide informed recommendations
• Document all patient interactions accurately in electronic health records (EHR)
• Educate patients on treatment options, prescriptions, lifestyle changes, and preventive care.
• Respond to patient inquiries with professionalism and empathy, ensuring excellent patient experience
• Adhere to HIPAA and all relevant healthcare privacy and safety regulations
