AI Governance Success Manager - Remote

Overview

As an AI Governance Success Manager at Credo AI, you will act as a trusted advisor, guiding enterprise customers to successfully operationalize AI governance with the Credo AI Governance Platform.

In Short

• Lead customer onboarding, enablement, implementation, and adoption of the Credo AI Governance Platform.
• Drive the operationalization of AI governance processes, frameworks, and workflows into the platform.
• Ensure customers achieve their governance objectives and derive long-term value.
• Provide strategic guidance on best practices to support platform success.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise Customer Success or Implementation roles with complex Enterprise SaaS solutions; experience implementing GRC software is highly desirable.
• Expertise in AI governance frameworks and experience operationalizing governance workflows.
• Ability to engage with diverse stakeholders, from technical teams to executives, with clarity and confidence.
