Senior Fullstack Developer & IT Consultant - Remote

In Short

• Consulting clients on technical solutions and strategies.
• Guiding developers or taking over project coordination of smaller development projects.
• Designing architectures and conceptualizing implementations.
• Developing modern, dynamic web applications based on CoreMedia CMS or Magnolia CMS or for web applications with AI technologies.
• Implementing logic in the backend with Java and Spring.
• Frontend implementation with React and Next.js.
• Integrating backend services with REST / GraphQL.
• Conducting code reviews and quality controls.
• Applying agile processes and methods.
• Guiding and transferring know-how to colleagues.

Requirements

• Proven ability to advise clients professionally and fairly to realize successful projects.
• Clear, open, and appreciative communication.
• General interest in leadership and coordination of people.
• At least 2 years of experience in coordinating development projects, e.g., in a tech lead or architect position.
• At least 5 years of experience in fullstack development with a focus on Java and Spring.
• Extensive knowledge of modern web technologies, including TypeScript and React.
• Expertise in a Java-based content management system, ideally CoreMedia or Magnolia, optionally an expert in web application development with Java.
• Use of artificial intelligence for consulting and development as well as in customer solutions.
• Solid experience in applying best practices for code quality, testing, and performance optimization in an agile context.
• In-depth knowledge of software architectures.
• Basic knowledge of infrastructure technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud Services, CI/CD).
