In Short

• Lead, mentor, and empower the CloudCockpit engineering team.
• Spearhead the technical design and architecture of the .NET-based CloudCockpit platform.
• Contribute to hands-on development for complex features using .NET, C#, Blazor, SQL Server, and Azure.
• Enforce best coding standards and testing strategies.
• Collaborate with the Head of Product to define solutions based on user needs.
• Encourage a user-centric approach within the engineering team.
• Oversee technical ownership for the team’s deliverables.
• Identify and resolve complex technical challenges.
• Leverage Microsoft Azure services for development and deployment.
• Drive the technical execution of the product roadmap.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on the Microsoft stack.
• 2+ years in a technical leadership role.
• Experience designing and delivering scalable software solutions in a SaaS environment.
• Expertise in .NET and C#.
• Experience with SQL Server and Microsoft Azure services.
• Familiarity with frontend development and CI/CD practices.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to mentor and develop engineers.
• A collaborative mindset with experience in agile environments.
• Proactive approach to work with a strong product mindset.
