Overview

As a Tech Lead at QIMA, you will guide a remote development team in building a Food Certification platform, ensuring quality, safety, and sustainability in food products.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in Java development.
Experience as a Technical Lead and Engineering Manager.
Strong knowledge of design patterns and thread-safe code.
Familiarity with domain-driven design and microservices.
Fluent in English and Portuguese.
Experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Angular.
Understanding of Agile methodologies.
Experience with Continuous Integration and Delivery.
Excellent communication skills.
Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP).
