Overview

We are looking for a seasoned and energetic Vice President of Professional Services Operations to lead the operational engine that powers our client delivery.

Requirements

• 10+ years in management consulting professional services.
• 5+ years in an operations leadership role.
• Strong financial acumen and experience with operational metrics.
• Proven ability to build credibility with stakeholders.
• Expertise in resource management and workforce planning.
• Experience with client contracts and SOWs.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Familiarity with PSA platforms like Kimble/Kantata.
• Experience with Agile and other delivery methodologies.
