Salesforce Solution Architect - Remote

Overview

The Salesforce Solution Architect is responsible for managing and enhancing the CPM Salesforce platform for our Sales, Marketing and Service teams. Using best practices and industry standards, the Salesforce Solution Architect will develop, test and deploy new features and customizations to improve and enhance the way we work at CPM.

In Short

• Work closely with business leaders, IT staff, and external consultants to understand business requirements.
• Run project management of solutions from requirements discovery to deployment.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy customizations and integrations using Salesforce tools.
• Perform admin tasks like managing user profiles and security settings.
• Create and maintain custom fields, objects, and workflows.
• Perform regular data imports, exports, backups, and audits.
• Create reports and dashboards based on sales data.
• Stay up-to-date on new Salesforce features and recommend improvements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues and provide end-user support.
• Monitor system performance and serve as a liaison between teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce administrator.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
• Multiple relevant Salesforce certifications.
• Proficiency in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Expertise in building solutions using standard declarative tools.
• Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with the Salesforce Lightning Design System.
• Understanding of development methodologies and best practices.
• Experience working with and presenting to senior leadership.
• Proven experience working independently and collaboratively.
