Overview

The Technical Leader - Plant Arrangement will manage a technical team supporting GEH Nuclear, overseeing complex engineering issues and contributing to plant layout and design.

In Short

• Lead a team in BWRX-300 SMR plant layout and arrangement.
• Coordinate across engineering teams for plant design.
• Manage 3D model development and change management.
• Interface with customers and suppliers.
• Ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of projects.
• Streamline technical and management processes.
• Support production of lifetime-record documents.
• Develop Work Plans and Scope of Work packages.

Requirements

• B.S. Degree in Engineering Discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in engineering roles.
• Experience with Nuclear Island and plant design.
• Demonstrated leadership and management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Prior experience in project delivery.
• Six Sigma training preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of regulated environments.
